This blog is a teaching tool for EMP 253, Graphics for Interpretation, at Humboldt State University. EMP 253 is a fundamental course in computer graphic design and layout for producing  interpretive displays, signs, flyers, posters and more using Adobe Creative Suite (CS5). 3 Units.


PrerequisiteEMP 253 requires basic computer skills. You should be familiar with personal computers, their use and basic terminology. You also should know how to navigate the Internet using a browser (such as Firefox, Chrome or Safari) and use email. If you do not think you have these skills, contact the instructor immediately either by email or through the EMP Department office.
